Windows下不太便于安装Docker，所以我是在Ubuntu虚拟机中安装了Docker进行操作的。
先将aria2的源代码中的Dockerfile.mingw下载下来，修改之后如下，我把修改的地方用中文标注了。

进入Dockerfile.mingw目录，执行如下命令编译
sudo docker build -t aria2-mingw - < Dockerfile.mingw成功后编译好的 exe 文件会放置在 /aria2/src/aria2c.exe。
通过下面的命令将其复制到当前目录：
