一.在清单文件中配置（AndroidManifest.xml）
1. android:theme="@android:style/Theme.NoTitleBar" (实现无标题栏（但有系统自带的任务栏））
2. android:theme="@android:style/Theme.NoTitleBar.Fullscreen" （实现全屏效果）
二.编写代码中实现
1.只需要在activity.java文件中的onCreate() 方法中加入下面一句代码：
getWindow().setFlags(WindowManager.LayoutParams.FLAG_FULLSCREEN,
WindowManager.LayoutParams.FLAG_FULLSCREEN);
注意：有时即便是写对了但是在部署到手机上时会闪退，这是检查你的MainActivity
继承的是 ***Activity还是Activity。如果是***Activity则将其改为Activity就可以了。
