问题：常规方法一般为打开控制面板->程序->启用或关闭windows功能->选择3.5。这时，下载一会就报错了。
a) Press “Windows Logo” + “R” keys on the keyboard. b) Type “appwiz.cpl” in the “Run” command box and press “ENTER”. c) In the “Programs and Features” window, click on the link “Turn Windows features on or off”. d) Check if the “.NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)” option is available in it.解决办法：打开搜索，很多人都出现这种问题，大部分采用离线安装的方法都成功了。我帮同学弄了很多次，但是昨天我自己的新电脑Windows 10 Home版一直停在进程上或提示无法定位”源“，还下载了好几个版本的win10，一直无法装上，今天打开电脑又试了一下结果成功了，记录一下这种玄学。 安装步骤： 1.MSDN下载的win10操作系统，对应版本号（可能报错 0x800F081F） 2.把source文件夹中的sxs文件夹拉出来，复制到你想用的盘下,我是D盘 3.win+x，管理员运行Windows PowerShell?（可能有时侯是dism的问题，这里我用的是dism.exe） dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /Source:D:\sources\sxs 备注： a)有可能刚开始装不上，重启几次试试(ง •_•)ง b)还可以试下绝对路径
