SSM整合以及maven pom文件

用了好长时间把常用框架的jar包整理了一遍，第一部分是Struts+Spring+Hibernate的jar包整合，附上笔记

下边是pom文件，加的有部分注释，包含Struts，SpringMVC，Spring，Hibernate，Mybatis的常用Jar包，以及一些其他的工具类，有需要的可以拿去用
