前面写了篇博客，多种方式判断一个文件是否为图片。在实际使用中发现方式二，没有兼容exif 格式的图片。这里补正一下。

现在这个方法也没有完全，兼容所有格式的图片。这里我们就需要根据自己的需求自行补充了
