非常简单，在有anaconda的情况下
登录官网：https://pytorch.org/
选择对应的版本，会有相应的指令，如果不安装gpu版本就选择 cuda ：none
中间会出现; CondaError: CondaHTTPError: HTTP 000 CONNECTION FAILED for urlElapsed: - An HTTP error occurred when trying to retrieve this URL. HTTP errors are often intermittent, and a simple retry will get you on your way.
就自己多安装几次，应该就可以了！
