该 Plasma 版本的中的“大”更改是采用“文件夹视图（Folder View）”作为默认桌面视图。

任务管理器
现在可以对出现在任务管理器中的应用程序进行分组和取消分组，通过单击鼠标中键可以访问分组操作。
文件管理器启动器现在在右键单击时显示跳转列表操作，而垂直任务管理器中的图标大小现在可以配置。

KDE Plasma 5.10 改进了对触摸屏的支持。虚拟键盘现在在屏幕锁定和登录屏幕时都启用；并且已经实现左右边缘滑动手势，以便更容易在窗口之间切换并显示自动隐藏面板。
